As we know that there are only 7 days left until the Musyawarah Besar and now is the time for all AMSA-UKI members to get to know and learn more about all Representative candidates through their Vision, Mission, and Plan of Action.

Therefore, on behalf of the Election Board Team, we are officially opening an online campaign for the Representative AMSA-UKI 2024/2025 candidates. Here are the names of the three representative candidates:

#1 Gega Adriano Putra

My name is Gega Adriano, people usually call me Gega, and I’m a second-year medical student at Christian University of Indonesia and i am extremely proud to be part of the Community Outreach division at AMSA-UKI.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you to the entire Election Board Team for this honour and helps me in this candidacy. I also would like to give my gratitude to all who encourage and support me in many ways.

I was born on May 30, 2004. I graduated from SMAI Darussalam Cikunir and was a
Chairman of the Student body and student council secretary in my high school, I’m the type of person who likes challenging things and explore new things, and loves to socialize with others that’s why I join AMSA in my first year in the first place, i love enchanting my social skill, knowledge, and connection and i want to all members feel what i feel the excitement of AMSA itself.

Vision:
Make AMSA-UKI a comfortable place to socialize through collaboration, providing equal opportunities for each member to grow and develop skills, interest, and true potential based on Knowledge, Action, and Friendship.

Mission:

  1. Encourage each member to maximize their goals and potential by participating through local, national, international event.
  2. Cultivate and enhance the interests and talents of AMSA-UKI members through every activity, ensuring that each member has the opportunity to explore their passions and achieve their full potential.
  3. Inspire and empower each member to make contribution and have courage to take part in AMSA-UKI, AMSA-INA, and AMSA International programs and event.
  4. Foster stronger bonds and overcome boundaries between members through engaging and meaningful gatherings, activity, and programs.

Plan of Action:

  1. MITB (Massive Internal Team Building)
    Big internal gathering specifically designed for active members of AMSA-UKI. MITB aims to create a sense of belonging and unity among active members. This initiative not only strengthens the bonds within the internal AMSA-UKI community but also fosters a supportive and collaborative environment for its members.
  2. CO-operative
    Community project dedicated to raising awareness and understanding about a specific disease within a targeted village. It involves a series of three events held over a tenure, all aimed at educating the villagers and empowering them to take proactive measures towards their health. By enhancing their knowledge and awareness, CO-operative aims to make a significant impact on the well-being of the community and contribute to the overall improvement of public health in the village.

#2 Eva Advelin Banjarnahor

My name is Eva Advelin Banjarnahor, People usually call me Eva. I am a first year medical student in Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Currently, I am a part of Research And Academy Division AMSA-UKI.

“First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the election board team for theopportunity given to me to take part in the selection of representative candidates this year.”

I was born in Singkawang on 30th of November, 2003 and graduated from SMA N 3
SINGKAWANG in 2021. During my high school years, I was an active student in several
extracurricular activities and competitions. I participated in the speaking club, basketball team, preparation for the Four Pillars Quiz Competition (LCC 4 PILAR), preparation for the
Chemistry Science Olympiad, and also preparation for the 2020 APBN Olympiad. I thoroughly enjoyed my high school years by studying diligently, participating in competitions, and ensuring I spent quality time with my friends.

Vision:
Making AMSA-UKI a safe and comfortable place for its members to learn, develop their
potential, and provide a significant positive impact on the wider community, in line with the philosophy of knowledge, action, and friendship.

Mission:

  1. Enhance Social Communication among AMSA-UKI Members
  2. Strengthen Family Bonds among AMSA-UKI Members
  3. Foster Empathy through Meaningful Community Programs
  4. Develop Basic Competencies of General Practitioners for Every AMSA-UKI Member

Plan of Action:

  1. AMSA-Connect (MnD)
    This program aims to enhance the sense of camaraderie among AMSA-UKI members through sharing sessions and mentorship activities, focusing on improving each member’s public speaking skills.
  2. AMSA Sign and Share (CO)
    This program aims to increase the empathy of each AMSA member by directly interacting with the deaf community and learning sign language, which is an additional skill beneficial
    for future doctors.

#3 Bella Chrisni Debora Legi

Hello, everyone. My name is Bella Chrisni Debora Legi, most people call me Debora. I am a second-year medical student at the Christian University of Indonesia and a part of the Publication and Promotion Division at AMSA-UKI.

First, I want to express my gratitude to everyone who has supported me, as well as the entire Election Board Team that helped me throughout this candidacy. Thank you for giving me this great opportunity to be one of the candidates to become the next Representative for AMSA-UKI.

AMSA has been incredibly helpful in developing all of my abilities. I am grateful to have been involved in many activities that have honed my skills and knowledge outside my academic life as a medical student at FK UKI. This journey has motivated me to take on another great opportunity, serving as the next representative of AMSA UKI. I am committed to ensure that AMSA UKI becomes a safe place where every member can fully develop their potential and achieve their extraordinary dreams. Therefore, to achieve that, I have my vision, mission and PoA:

Vision:
AMSA-UKI as a home where all its member can grow and develop their potentials together by actively contributing through countless opportunities in AMSA based on the philosophy of knowledge, action, and friendship

Mission:

  1. Aim to empower AMSA-UKI members to create meaningful contributions that positively impact society.
  2. Create a supportive atmosphere among AMSA-UKI members by being responsive and maintaining open communication
  3. Expanding AMSA-UKI’s network by making collaborations with external parties.
  4. Encourage AMSA-UKI members to maximize their capabilities by participating in AMSA-UKI, AMSA-Indonesia, and AMSA International events

Plans of Action:

  1. Health Impact Project
    A volunteer program that focused on engaging in social activities, including education and healthcare services in a village, with the aim of benefiting the village’s health, while also fostering skill development among participating members.
  2. Grow-valuation
    This program will be implemented in the middle and at the end of the term, allowing members to evaluate the performance of BPH and EBs. Feedback and suggestions will be collected via Google Forms. The goal is to enhance performance throughout the tenure’s duration.

#4 Raisa Kireyna Nurfajrina

Greetings, I am Raisa Kireyna Nurfajrina, a second-year medical student at the Christian University of Indonesia and an active member of AMSA-UKI’s Membership and Development Division.

I am profoundly grateful for the support from all corners, especially the Election Board Team who has been very helpful, as I embark on this candidacy journey.

Throughout my AMSA journey, AMSA’s agenda has been transformative in a sense of personal and professional growth, both in my soft and hard skills, which resulted in me having a deep commitment to foster an environment where every AMSA-UKI member can flourish beyond their academic pursuits. Together, let’s chart a course for AMSA-UKI’s future, a place where each member’s potential finds wings to soar.

To achieve those goals, here, I have outlined a clear vision, mission, and Plan of Action (PoA):

Vision:
Empowering AMSA-UKI members as agents of positive change, fostering growth as a platform for medical students to impact society positively through knowledge, action, and friendship.

Mission:

  1. Encourage AMSA-UKI members to enhance their experiences and skills as health professionals by offering a variety of local, national, and international programs.
  2. Developing deep connections and interactions among AMSA-UKI members with the aim of building mutually supportive surroundings.
  3. Strengthening AMSA-UKI members through social work programs to achieve sustainable, positive impacts within both the organization and the community.
  4. Expanding collaborations to enhance AMSA-UKI’s connections to governmental and non-governmental organizations.

Plan of Action:

  1. FAMS (Farewell AMSA-UKI)
    A heartfelt initiative dedicated to creating a memorable farewell experience for every member as the tenure of 2024/2025 draws to a close. This event aims to celebrate the journey, achievements, and realization of the “Friendship” philosophy, this Project also serves as a time for reflection, gratitude, and honoring the contributions of each member.
  2. E-Clinics (English Clinics)
    A Project where AMSA-UKI is teaching underprivileged children to interactive English skills. This Project provides structured and engaging lessons to equip the children with essential language abilities crucial for improved learning, communication, future opportunities, and a possible way out of the cycle of poverty by improving social integration in language proficiency.
