Hi, People of Tomorrow!
As we know that there are only 7 days left until the Musyawarah Besar and now is the time for all AMSA-UKI members to get to know and learn more about all Representative candidates through their Vision, Mission, and Plan of Action.
Therefore, on behalf of the Election Board Team, we are officially opening an online campaign for the Representative AMSA-UKI 2025/2026 candidates. Here are the names of the two representative candidates:
#1 Priscilia Cristine Sinurat

Hi, People of Tomorrow!
Hello, everyone. My name is Priscilia Cristine Sinurat, a proud medical student at Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Currently, I am a part of Community Outreach AMSA-UKI and it’s an honor to be a Candidate. #1 in the Representative Election for AMSA-UKI this year.
First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has helped me along the way, particularly the Election Board, which made this opportunity possible. For me, AMSA-UKI has always been more than simply a company, it’s a platform that breaks barriers, unlocks potential, and fosters genuine friendships founded on knowledge and action.
With the guiding principle of “From Potential to Purpose, Together,” I think that every member deserves the opportunity to prosper, not by themselves but alongside one another. For this reason, I’m prepared to take the initiative and lead the way in enhancing AMSA-UKI as a whole.
Vision:
AMSA-UKI aims to foster an environment where members can grow into powerful, impactful individuals. It seeks to empower students as change agents who are not afraid to explore their potential, even beyond its limits, through meaningful participation in knowledge, action, and friendship.

- Mobilize collaboration, a sense of community, and positive internal interactions to promote cooperation inside AMSA-UKI.
- Strengthen external influence by engaging in active partnerships with GO/NGO, increase outside impact.
- Act intentionally by starting sustainable and creative initiatives that significantly benefit both AMSA-UKI and the larger community.
Plan Of Action:
1. Inframesa (Inside the Frame of AMSA)

#2 Aisha Zafira Baykuni

Hi, People of Tomorrow!
I’m Aisha Zafira Baykuni, most people call me Aisha. I’m a second-year medical student at Universitas Kristen Indonesia.
I’d like to thank everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. I’m honored to be given the opportunity to run as a Representative candidate for AMSA-UKI.
AMSA has helped me grow in many aspects beyond academics. It has sharpened my skills, broadened my insight, and surrounded me with a community that inspires me. This journey has led me to take another step forward to give back, to serve, and to create a space where every member can grow and chase their dreams.
With that, I carry my vision, mission, and plans of action to build a meaningful, reflective, and empowering AMSA-UKI.
Vision:
To create a purposeful platform through AMSA-UKI that supports members in growing, contributing, and connecting meaningfully through knowledge, action, and friendship.
Mission:
- To be an organization that cultivates a supportive and inclusive environment where every member feels valued, heard, and connected through strong interpersonal bonds and meaningful collaboration.
- Promote transparent and responsible leadership by conducting mid- and end-tenure evaluation forms, allowing members to assess the performance of their Executive Boards and BPH, followed by reflection and discussion in leadership meetings.
- Building wider collaborations to deepen AMSA-UKI’s connection with external organizations, both governmental and non-governmental.
Plan of Action:
- RATE (Review and Assess Team Effectiveness) is an internal evaluation system that collects honest and anonymous feedback from all AMSA-UKI members regarding the performance of the Executive Boards (EBs) and BPH. This program aims to evaluate leadership effectiveness and work quality from the members’ perspective, while creating a safe space for constructive input. The ultimate goal is to promote continuous improvement and sustainable growth within the organization.
- CRAFT (Creative Fundraising and Training) is a paid creative workshop series designed to develop practical skills while supporting AMSA-UKI’s organizational funding. The program aims to generate independent income, foster collaboration with external parties (GO/NGO/SMEs), and offer educational value to participants. CRAFT also serves to strengthen AMSA-UKI’s community presence and introduce the organization to the broader youth audience.
