As we know that there are only 7 days left until the Musyawarah Besar and now is the time for all AMSA-UKI members to get to know and learn more about all Representative candidates through their Vision, Mission, and Plan of Action.
Therefore, on behalf of the Election Board Team, we are officially opening an online campaign for the Representative AMSA-UKI 2026/2027 candidates. Here are the names of the two representative candidates

Dear People of Tomorrow,
I’m Kezia Trifosa Izaak, a second-year medical student at Universitas Kristen Indonesia.
First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in me throughout my AMSA journey. It is truly an honor to be given the opportunity to run as a Representative Candidate for AMSA-UKI.
AMSA has been more than just an organization to me, it has become a place where I learned to step beyond my comfort zone, challenge myself, and discover the value of Knowledge, Action, and Friendship. Through every experience, I have grown not only as a medical student but also as an individual who believes that leadership is about creating opportunities for others to grow.
With this aspiration, I am committed to building an AMSA-UKI that is inclusive, professional, and sustainable an organization where every member is empowered to develop their potential, collaborate with purpose, and create meaningful impact together.

- Grow and empower members through meaningful opportunities that foster personal, academic, leadership, and professional development.
- Reinforce a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement by embracing challenges as opportunities to strengthen organizational excellence and sustainability.
- Open pathways for collaboration and engagement by cultivating an inclusive environment that values diversity, mutual respect, and collective growth.
- Widen the organization’s positive impact through innovative initiatives and community engagement that contribute to both AMSA-UKI and society.
Plan of Action:
- BRIDGE (Building Relationship and Inspiring Development Global Engagement in AMSA)is a mid-term capacity-building program that connects members with AMSA-Indonesia and AMSA-International, helping them explore organizational opportunities, prepare for national and international involvement, and develop the confidence and competencies needed to contribute beyond the local level.
- From Evidence to Action: Health Advocacy & Policy Brief is a new Local Academic Training session introducing members to health advocacy and policy brief writing, empowering future medical professionals to transform scientific evidence into impactful health policies and meaningful advocacy.
- Pre-Event AMSA TIME: Community Service Project is transforming the AMSA TIME pre-event into a community service project where new members identify community needs, design sustainable interventions, and gain hands-on leadership, teamwork, and project management experience while creating real impact for society.

Plan of Action:
- PORP (Project Officer Readiness Program): A structural initiative under Member Development designed to equip new members with essential organizational and project management skills right from the start, ensuring they are ready to lead and contribute effectively.
- AMSA-Pulse (Promoting Unity through Learning, Sharing & Engagement): A sustainable, cross-generational learning space that bridges Knowledge, Action, and Friendship through clinical exploration and the creation of a comprehensive AMSA Knowledge Bank.
